CRAIC Technologies, Inc.
CRAIC Technologies, Inc., offers ultraviolet, visible and near infrared microscopy and microspectroscopy solutions for research, testing, quality control and industrial applications.
CRAIC Technologies, Inc. is a leading company operating worldwide in the optical industry. A technological pioneer in microspectroscopy and microscopy, CRAIC is active in future-looking markets such as geology, life sciences, materials sciences, semiconductors, as well as physics and chemistry. CRAIC is also a leading supplier to the law enforcement community for forensic analysis.
CRAIC designs, develops and manufactures a number of different products with the specialization of working in the UV, visible and near IR regions of the spectrum. CRAIC focuses on designing and building instrumentation for both imaging and spectroscopy of microscopic samples and microscopic areas of larger samples.
The CRAIC Technologies QDI series microspectrophotometers are designed to acquire transmission, reflectance, polarization and fluorescence spectra of samples even under a micron in size. This is done from the deep UV to the near IR with minimal effort, high speed and non-destructively . Optional capabiliies include thin film thickness measurement, automation, NIST traceable standards and much more. Because of its flexibility and power, the QDI series is used in many fields ranging from forensic analysis to semiconductor film thickness measurements to materials science research.
The CRAIC Technologies UVM series of UV-visible-NIR microscopes are unique in that they are able to acquire microscale images from the deep UV to the near infrared. Illumination can be done by transmission, reflectance and even several types of luminescence including fluorescence. Rugged and flexible, these systems are designed to operate into the UV and the NIR where normal microscopes will not work. This allows for analysis of materials that normally cannot be done with a standard visible range microscope. This includes trace contaminants on hard disks to the circuits contained within bonded silicon devices.
The MP series microphotometers are designed to measure the intensity of light and can be easily added to any microscope for a cost-effective solution. The CTR series are designed as workhorse Raman microspectrometers. Designed for reliable measurements and ease of use, the CTR series provides Raman spectra of microscale areas non-destructively and rapidly. CRAIC also offers a number of specialized solutions designed for specific markets. These range from microspectrophotometers for the photovoltaic, semiconductor and forensic markets to specialized units just for measuring the vitrinite reflectance of coal using the ISO 7404:5 protocols.
CRAIC Technologies, Inc. is a global technology leader focused microimaging and microspectroscopy in the ultraviolet, visible and near-infrared regions. CRAIC Technologies creates innovative solutions, with the very best in customer support, by listening to our customers and implementing solutions that integrate operational excellence and technology expertise. CRAIC Technologies provides solutions for customers in forensic sciences, health sciences, semiconductor, geology, nanotechnology and materials science markets whose applications demand accuracy, precision, speed and the best in customer support.
