• VisiInc PLC acquisition of VIA3 delivers industry-defining technology platform and marks major push into Australian E-health market.
• Combined technology to spearhead global ultra-secure E-health platform forcollaboration of data rich 3D digital media including voice and video conferencing.
The USD $16 million scrip deal to acquire USA Company VIA3 will deliver a powerful cutting edge total collaboration and conferencing platform, with secure 3D file sharing, secure video and audio.

This integration will provide a total preferred solution for all types of 3D imaging, including X-ray, CT, MRI, ultrasound, optical, and electron microscopy. Fast, efficient rendering of all types of geometry also makes it effective for many other applications, including image processing and analysis, PACS, DICOM, therapy and surgery planning, implant design, forensic medicine, education, training, and even molecular modeling.
