
The Royal Microscopical Society is launching its 2010 International Micrograph Competition to coincide with MICROSCIENCE 2010
Following the success of the 2008 competition the Royal Microscopical Society is launching its 2010 International Micrograph Competition to coincide with MICROSCIENCE 2010, being held 28th June – 1st July 2010 at ExCeL, London, UK.
The competition opens for entries on 1st Janaury 2010. Deadline for entries is midnight GMT 14th March.
Categories
The competition is held in association with Imaging and Microscopy Magazine and selected entries will be featured before and after the event. The competition is divided into four categories:
* Electron Microscopy – Physical Science
* Electron Microscopy – Biological Science
* Light Microscopy – Physical Science
* Light Microscopy – Biological Science

Within each category there will be a first, second and third prize awarded, with highly commended prizes available if the judges feel special acknowledgement is deserved of individual entries.
