
Incubation Chambers for NanoScanZ & H117 Stages
October 26, 2010 – Prior Scientific is proud to announce the release of the Tokai Hit range of incubation chambers for the NanoScanZ Nanopositioning Piezo Z Stages and ProScan H117 series stages. The incubators have been designed to seamlessly integrate into the NanoScanZ and H117 product range by simply replacing the sample holder.

Incubation Chambers for NanoScanZ 100 & 200 Models
Long Term Stability
This chamber provides a perfectly stable and optimized environment in which to maintain cells during the course of long term time lapse experiments. The performance of the stage is not at all compromised.
CLEAR Vision
The system consists of a heated chamber within which the sample is placed. This is covered with an optically clear glass cover that is heated to prevent the build up of condensation and finally there is an objective heater to ensure stable temperatures at the region of interest.
Advanced Controllers
There are a range of controllers available to control both the temperature and also the CO2 concentrations (pre-mixed as well as 100% CO2).
Anti-Z Drift
The chamber has been engineered to incorporate an anti Z-axis drift mechanism ensuring that thermal drift during long term experiments is eliminated.
